According to the spirit of the Strategy, mainly enhance the internal strength of residents, the Government will take the role of providing advice and technical support. In order to encourage people contribute for constructing water supply and sanitation facilities, the Government will adjust credit policy helping people to be able to get loan for construction. For the very poor households and households in remote areas or special cases, the Government will have policy to support.
